Returns and Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges are available for items excluding pre-sale and discounted items.
To exchange the item a “Return & Exchange Sheet” is provided with each transaction containing instructions that must be followed.
We always quality check the items to make sure they are in excellent condition prior to shipping. In case we sent the wrong item or item is defective, we will exchange it.
• If we shipped the wrong item, please ship it back together with the Return & Exchange Sheet.
• If you received a defective item, please submit your Return & Exchange Sheet with photos of the damaged item. Please attach clear and high resolution photos so that we can take action accordingly.
Here are the conditions:
- We will only entertain exchange of items within 1 day from purchase date.
- Color exchange will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to buyer’s misuse are not covered by this policy.
- The item/s must be returned in their original condition. Bags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back to the customer.
- We deserve the right to determine whether an item is altered or damaged.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Shipping charges in returning the package is shouldered by the customer.
- We do not allow refunds, only exchanges (subject for approval).
• Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• DISCLAIMER: Not all sale items are going to be in perfect condition, but the majority will still be in good condition.
