Here's a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. If your question isn’t addressed below, get in touch with us and we’ll provide the information you need.

  • How to order?
    1. Browse through our shop 2. Click Add to Cart button if you find items that you love. 3. Check out and fill up the Contact Information Form with your complete details. 4. Choose a Shipping and Payment Option. 5. Click on the "Place Order" button. Then check your email for the order confirmation. If you did not receive any email, try checking your spam folder. Or you can message us through our social media accounts.
  • Process of Ordering?
    1. Send us your order form. 2. You will receive an order confirmation (indicating the total bill and the payment details). 3. Settle the payment and send us proof of payment via email ( or social media. 4. Once we confirm receipt of payment, we will ship out the package. ** Please note: once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing. If you need assistance with your order or help locating a specific item or style, please e-mail us at or send us a message via social media.
  • Help! I had a product in my Cart, but now it’s no longer available. What happened?
    Ouch! That happens! Some of our products are in high demand, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. That means you’ll want to checkout the items in your Cart as soon as possible—because, chances are, there are other customers who want those bags as much as you do. So, if an item in your Cart is no longer available, that means another customer was able to successfully close the transaction before you did. But try to check back tomorrow—any stock from cancelled orders go back to the site immediately and are up for grabs. You may also sign up for our wait list. Just send us a message and we will inform you once the product you want is available again.
  • What if I want to cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been completely checked out (this also means that invoices are also final and cannot be edited anymore). Our bags need a home, and they're already excited to make their way to your doorstep!
  • I want to edit the items in my order! Can I do this?
    EazyPeazy team is very quick at processing orders to make sure they get delivered to you as quickly as possible. You may change your order/s as mush as you want BEFORE you click "Check Out". But once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. We want to prevent delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We hope you can double-check your details before proceeding to Checkout, so that you have the most worry-free shopping experience with us. This policy also applies to items that were accidentally ordered and multiple orders of one item.
  • Can I reserve the item?
    EP products are sold on a first come first served basis. Unfortunately, we don't allow reservations due to limited stocks. Your item is only reserved for 1 day upon receiving your order confirmation. If we do not receive payment after 1 day, your order is automatically cancelled. If you wish to have your reservation extended, kindly get in touch with us.
  • Details of the bag?

  • Do you have a physical store?
    We're currently selling our items only through our website.
  • Is it safe to order from your online store?
    Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
  • Actual colors of the bags?
    Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
  • How long is your reservation? Do you allow extensions?
    You can count on it! Your item is reserved for 1 day upon receiving your order confirmation, but we understand that schedules can be unforgiving at times. To extend the reservation for your order, simply send us a message via Facebook Messager or email us at Keep in mind that once an order’s reservation has been extended, strictly no cancellation or modification will be allowed. Non-payment for extended orders may limit your future extension requests from being granted.
  • What to do next after placing an order?
    Once you have submitted your order form, payment needs to be settled the same day or the next day to avoid cancellation of reservation. Email your proof of payment and requirements sent together with our invoice at
  • How do I pay? What are your payment options?
    Choose any of our payment options found below. Reservation is valid for 1 day from placement of order. Please settle your payment within this period to avoid automatic cancellation of your reservation. Kindly pay the exact amount indicated on your invoice as over-payments will automatically be forfeited. Non-payment of orders may limit you from placing an order in the future. Be sure to submit your proof of payment via social media or via email ( If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at --- We accept the following modes of payment: - BPI Bank Deposit/Online Transfer - BDO Bank Deposit/Online Transfer - GCash - Maya *** Other modes of payment will NOT be accepted.
  • How to deposit via BPI or BDO?
    HOW TO DEPOSIT VIA BPI OR BDO? 1. Proceed to any BDO or BPI branch and fill up a Cash Deposit slip with your total amount and our Account Details (which will be given to you upon completion of your order). 2. Hand your deposit slip and cash to the teller. 3. Email a photo of your deposit slip/screenshot confirmation to or send it via Facebook * Please use the same account details for online transfers.
  • Can I extend payment due date?
    You can count on it! Your item is reserved for 1 day upon receiving your order confirmation, but we understand that schedules can be unforgiving at times. To extend the reservation for your order, simply send us a message via Facebook Messager or email us at Keep in mind that once an order’s reservation has been extended, strictly no cancellation or modification will be allowed.   • Where do you deliver to, and how much is the shipping fee?
    We ship worldwide! There is no fixed shipping fee. The shipping fee depends on the item size, weight, number of products purchased, preferred courier, and location/shipping address.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Once we confirm receipt of payment, the package will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. (Non-business days are weekends and public holidays.) Normally, you'll receive the package after: * 1-4 working days for Metro Manila and GMA (e.g. Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan) * 2-7 working days for Provincial Areas * 2-14 working days for Remote/Island areas * Some areas may take longer due to strict measures of the quarantine. Delivery delays due to courier inefficiency are beyond our control. --- If you don't receive your order within the timeline above, please let us know and we'll follow up your order with our courier. Rest assured, we'll take good care of you! ** Please note that during the rainy, holiday and peak season (example: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc), some items might take longer than usual.
  • Has my order been sent yet? What is your shipping schedule?
    We ship the package within 1-2 working days after we have confirmed your payment. We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • I can’t wait for my orders to arrive! Can I track my orders? How?
    Yes, the tracking number will be provided once we confirm receipt of payment. ​ Please note that the tracking number will reflect in courier's website the day after shipment.
  • Can my orders be delivered to an office address?
    Yes, of course. Before clicking on the "check out", click "add note" -- simply indicate the company name and that your shipping address is an office address. That way, we will aim to deliver Monday to Friday. Please also include your office hours so we can take note of it.
  • Is my package insured?
    No need to worry! It almost never happens that a package gets lost or gets damaged while in transit. In the rare event that something bad happens to your package, it is insured up to Php 500. If you wish to have your order insured to its full amount, please contact us (via prior to payment / shipment of your order.
  • What is your return policy?
    Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions: - Products valid for returns, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take these items back due to merchant limitations. Give them another chance; you might learn to love them as much as they love you! - Sale items are also non-replaceable, non-exchangable and non-returnable. - Products that are defective can be exchanged within only 1 day upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline will not be accepted (except for extraordinary cases) since the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect. - Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused ** Kindly note that for exchanges: the standard shipping fee applies (for us to ship the new item/s back to you.)
  • What do I do if I receive the wrong item or damaged item?
    We always quality check the items to make sure they are in excellent condition prior to shipping. In case you received the wrong item or a damaged item, we hope you can send us a note at within 3 days upon receipt of the item. Please attach pictures of the said item and a description of the trouble you are experiencing with it. We would be happy to assist you! Here are some conditions: - We will only entertain exchange of items within 3 days upon receipt of the item - Color exchange will not be accepted - Products damaged due to buyer’s misuse are not covered by this policy - Items must be in their original condition. Bags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return and will be sent back to the customer - Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable - Shipping charges in returning the package is shouldered by the customer ​ ** Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Do you allow cash refund?
    We do not offer cash refunds. Unfortunately, due to the costs of handling and processing your order, we cannot issue cash refunds. Depending on the situation, we only allow exchange of item (this is case to case basis).
  • Are returns/exchange of item free? Who pays for shipping, duties and taxes?
    The buyer is responsible for all return costs—including shipping, duties, and taxes.These are not covered and will not be reimbursed by us.
  • Whose delivery address do I put at Checkout?
    Please make sure that the shipping address indicated at Checkout is the address of the recipient. Meaning, whoever you are sending this gift to must be available to receive it at that address. Also, don't forget to indicate your recipient's name and their mobile number. This is so that our Delivery Team can reach out to them once the gift is on its way.
  • Loved a product, but it's out of stock. How often do you restock and what should I do?
    Don't worry! EazyPeazy works around the clock to restock a popular item when it is sold out. You can be notified by email by sending us your details (including the product and color you're interested in). You'll be notified right away when the item is back in stock. Helpful tip: Stocks available today might not be available tomorrow so best to order it right away. Some items are limited edition only which may never be restocked again, we can't guarantee that all sold out items will be restocked.
  • I just signed up to be on a product's waitlist. Is the product automatically reserved for me?
    Being on the waitlist of a product doesn't guarantee stock reservation. It just means that you signed up to be notified by us once the sold-out product becomes available again. So, once you get that email notification from us, you'll need to be quick to buy that in-demand product right away!
  • Can I sell my products in your website? Do you allow consignment of items?

  • Can I resell your products?
    Thank you for your interest in becoming a reseller. As much as we’d love for you to resell our products, we currently only sell our EazyPeazy products on our website. If management decides to allow resellers, we will announce it through our social media accounts. You may follow us to get updates.


Materials Used


Saffiano Leather


Saffiano has a cross-hatch finish, which is a special diagonal pattern. The leather is pretty much scratch resistant. It is water resistant, durable and easy to clean.

Pebbled Leather


Looks and feels like natural leather. Grained leather has the advantage of being less sensitive to scratches. It is also very durable so you can trust that your bag will last for years to come.

Vegan Leather


Vegan leather also looks and feels like natural leather. This type of leather is firm and thicker, which makes the bag more structured even without paddings.

Smooth faux leather.jpg

Smooth Leather


Smooth leather is particularly well known for its resistance and longevity. The leather is also water resistant so it's fairly low maintenance.




Nylon is both water resistant and lightweight. It does not require any particular maintenance as it is beading.




Suede is a delicate leather because its surface has been sanded to obtain a velvet-like touch. Dark or vibrant suede colors may stain clear clothing if placed in close contact. On the other hand, dark clothes (such as raw jeans) may rub off on Suede. 


Crocodile Vegan Leather


Crocodile leather is composed of square, rectangular, and oblong scales. These are arranged in more or less regular patterns. Overall, this leather is high in quality because crocodile has a fine thick skin type that makes this leather more attractive.


Patent Crocodile Leather 


This is the same as the Matte Crocodile leather. The difference is that the Patent Crocodile is varnished or coated with linseed oil to create a glossy, glasslike exterior surface. The finished product is nearly waterproof.
